This time of year is exciting in Guatemala, as students graduate and we begin to think about plans and new initiatives for 2011. The final stages of operational planning and budgeting for 2011 begin this week in Guatemala. U.S. directors are traveling to Guatemala to participate, while Guatemala staff are putting final touches on their presentations of 2011 plans. The Guatemala staff even got a few tips from the Best Buy volunteers on best practices for public speaking and PowerPoint presentations.
