SPONSOR A STUDENT
August 4th is just around the corner and we’re looking forward to a fun-filled day on the course. While the day is set aside for golf, we encourage you to also keep in mind the true purpose behind the tournament – to support Common Hope. A great way to do that is through sponsorship. Our goal is to find sponsors for 18 students who are in need of support.
These 18 students below are from three of the communities we serve – San Miguel Milpas Altas, San Rafael, and New Hope. The parents of these students are dedicated to the education of their children. Though they try their best, some are still unable to afford to send their kids to school.
By sponsoring one of these students, you make it possible for them to attend school and for their whole family to receive healthcare, housing, and family development support. In turn, you get to know a child and culture thousands of miles away. It’s an incredible opportunity to gain valuable perspective about what’s important in life. Watch this video to hear from current sponsors about what sponsorship means to them.
Sponsorship is such a rewarding experience – one that makes a huge impact. You can serve as sole sponsor at $60 per month, or opt to share the sponsorship with another at $30 per month.
You will see the faces of these 18 students as you play through the course and you will have the opportunity to sponsor them on the day of the tournament. But why wait? We encourage anyone to sponsor a student ahead of time. To do so, please click on the student’s photo and then click “Sponsor this Child.” You can also contact our Sponsorship Coordinator Jessie Szopinski, at JessieS@us.commonhope.org or call 651-917-1045. She will guide you through this amazing and rewarding journey.
We thank you for your interest in supporting Common Hope and your commitment to children and families in need. Good luck on the links August 4th!
